The middle layer (melt-blown) is the most important the core layer, which uses a melt spray cloth with electric treatment to filter bacteria and viruses. Kindly ensure the colour coding on your 3ply surgical mask. My previous order had blue on outer side and inner side and it was very difficult for me to figure out what side is skin friendly and what side is outer layer. Kindly ensure that Outer side is blue and inner side is white coloured as mostly good surgical mask are. And moreover there is no swasa branding on your 3ply surgical mask. I order mask from here because I trust this brand and have been ordering since 2020. But lately I am having trust issues with your 3ply surgical mask as no branding is there. Thus my demands are only two- 1) Ensure correct colour coding on your 3 ply surgical mask. 2)Ensure Swasa branding on your 3ply surgical mask. Thank you.
I just received my order on 28th April 2021. In it the outer plastic package was intact and sealed but the box of 'SWASA 3 Ply Mask Pack of 50' was torn and half open. It might have opened due to transit. Please give attention to properly seal it before dispatch as the safety is the greatest concern nowadays. Also the elastic earloops are loose and so for some people it is not fit.

Thanks for quick delivery. However, quality of masks is not good as expected from SWASA. It is almost identical or rather poor and such masks are available at cheaper rate at Amazon/Flipkart. The middle layer is cheap. If I pay a few bucks more I could get masks individually packed keeping better hygiene. My trust with SWASA is over.
This is the 5th item I ordered masks from Swasa, but this time swasa 3 ply mask ( 50 masks pack ) outer package came completely torn from below.
My suggestions:
1. The pack you send to customers is not even sealed from the top. Please seal the pack before posting it
2. Check the package is not torn from any side before sending
In this COVID-19 times, please pay attention to such critical details.
